Abraham Roth, Managing Partner has over 30
years experience in a broad range of accounting and business management
disciplines. As the original founder of Roth & Company LLP in 1979,
Abraham has played a key role in the growth of the accounting and
consulting divisions to a 40-person firm. In addition to his management
responsibilities for the firm, Abraham spends much of his time in
management consultation with business clients. Abraham is also a
skilled arbitrator and mediator, and helps business resolve disputes
outside the court system.
Heshy Katz, Partner has over 20 years of
accounting and auditing experience in a broad range of industries
including the commercial real estate industry. Heshy's responsibilities
include HUD audit management, quality control for all of the firm's
accounting and auditing work, and executive responsibility for the
firm's information technology systems and technology enhancements
ensuring the firm's utilization of the latest technology to optimize
productivity.
Alan Botwinick, Partner has over 15 years
tax and accounting experience in many industries with a focus on
commercial and residential real estate and related services.
Responsibilities include management oversight of a large portfolio of
accounting clients as well as oversight of the firm's project
management system.
Yosef Klein, Senior Tax
Manager has over 10 years experience as a tax accountant at public
accounting firms. Yosef's past experience includes tax planning and
compliance for a broad range of taxpayers including high net worth
individuals, corporations and pass-through entities with domestic,
multi-state and international issues. Yosef's responsibilities include
tax compliance, tax planning and research of complex tax issues.
